1 User safety comes first

My choice respects the privacy of web shop users. These data protection regulations form the basis for the processing of personal data and provide information on what type of user data is collected by My choice and how this data is used. My choice complies with applicable data protection laws and only processes personal data for the purposes for which the data was transmitted. This privacy policy will be adjusted, supplemented or changed from time to time. With each new call or visit to the web shop, the current, retrievable version applies.

2 Type of data collected

In this context, it is sometimes necessary for so-called cookies to be used. This collected data does not contain any personal reference or is sufficiently anonymized so that no conclusions can be drawn about your person. My choice does not automatically collect personal data from users, such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. An exception to this is information that the user voluntarily transmits to My choice, for example by filling out website forms.

4 Use of Data

The anonymous data, which is recorded by means of cookies when the My choice web shop is called up, can be used for analysis purposes, to optimize the website and to measure performance. In these you will also find information on your rights and how you can ensure your data protection online. If you do not want any of these plugins to be loaded, we recommend logging out of the relevant social media service. Furthermore, various browsers can be set up or supplemented with add-ons (e.g. Facebook blocker) so that the social media plugins are not loaded.

In addition, the personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. In addition, if service providers who support My choice in data processing, website administration or in any other way and in providing the products and services requested by the user are called in.
